A personal phone call from the manager to screen and then schedule in-person interview. The interview was on site and included meeting a few co-workers as well as a coding assessment. I had brought along my books, but they had books on site.

I was contacted when I was told I would be contacted in the method I had requested. This was a peer interview. All aspects of the job were covered. A decision was made by the deadline given.
