Interview
I had a pretty great experience interviewing with Nick at Mill City Roasters. The interview process took about a month since it's a family own business and everyone was super busy. I also talked to the owner, Steve, and eventually got an offer. Although the job posting stated that relocation assistant is available, it may not be the case for an entry level. I also proposed a different start date after receiving the offer, so the deal fell apart. Pretty great company with potentials for growth and innovative projects.
