Interview was pretty smooth. First interview with production supervisor lasts about 20 minutes followed by a site tour (20 minutes). Then an interview with HR representative and lastly an interview with the site manager.

Interview
Short and quick, really wanted to move to the next candidate. Felt like they just needed a body to fill in the position. Really was not that impressed with the experience as a whole.
Interview started with a tour of the facility followed by a one on one with the manager. I had to take a quick test covering basic organic chemistry and the interview ended with me giving a presentation.

Very down to earth interview. Just be yourself, there are a couple question about experience. There boss is pretty much layed back. I would recommend this job to a start up chemist
