This is a phone screening interview with the company recruiter. Quick 30 minutes Q&A phone call regarding the experience related to the role, relocation, work environment preference, job preference, and experience background.

Interview
Very fast, done via Zoom, as it was during Covid. Interviews are now a combination of online and in person options, held over a two to three week time frame and done with bit individual and panel set ups.

Interview
The first part of the interview is suppose to be a telephone interview, but they were able to accomodate me since I was hard of hearing by allowing a virtual phone interview. The second half was virtual with meeting the upper management of Quality and the team. I really liked this aspect, this shows me that they value interpersonal relationships as well as feedback from the other team members and not just upper management.
