Interview process went through screening interview, interview with the hiring manager, and with two other managers. Interview took 1 hour. Managers were all polite, they asked technical questions regarding filtration and electrical. One manager looked me up on the internet while in the interview. Found my extra curricular activity of being to involved in church on Sunday unsatisfactory. He decided on that fact that I wasn’t a good fit. There was no life work balance for this job. M-F job, but expected to be on call Saturday and Sunday. No talk of salary on this job interview. Took a week to receive a rejection letter. After the interviews HR responded to none of my questions.
