I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at MilliporeSigma (Saint Louis, MO) in Mar 2017
Interview
Extensive interviews with many different stakeholders. Had to complete numerous rounds of interviews. I received an in depth explanation of how the role functioned within the organization. Human Resources as well as the Product Management department kept me well informed throughout the entire process
Fairly generic with company information, who the PMs report to, capital project compositions, etc. Interviewer was very knowledgeable about the company but asked me to save detailed PM questions for the next interview.

Question 1
How do I convey a sense of urgency to the project team.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MilliporeSigma (Burlington, MA) in Oct 2023
Interview
Applied online. Had a phone call with recruiter. Asked her during the call if this is a secure position and would not be currently affected by layoffs. She said 100% this is good for now, want to move forward with role ASAP, organizational importance, etc. Two days later, recruiter emails back saying the role is on hold due to company patterns. Be transparent from the start. Don’t waste my time and yours. It’s frustrating to say the least especially when the job market is at an all time low. Don’t play around with potential employees here
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at MilliporeSigma in Jan 2022
Interview
Met with 6 people (3 rounds) which I thought went well and then zero response even though I followed up multiple times. Interviews were situational based and the conversation flowed well which I liked. I was disappointed to reach the third round, which they said was the final round, and then have them never provide any feedback or answer.
