The initial screen with an outside recruiter was fine. But when it came time to schedule my interview with the hiring manager there was a recruiter apparently from within the company, but located in the Philippines who was totally unresponsive to my questions and did not send me a link to my second interview after scheduling it for me. I had to send a message with the outside recruiter cc’d to get the link less than 24 hours before the actual interview! The interview with the hiring manager was okay, but she asked some strange questions and at one point she ran her hands down her face, but I don’t know what I said to make her do that. It seemed very unprofessional. After 3 weeks I heard back to schedule a third round of interviews and this was with two other higher up people in the company. I felt that it went well and was very cordial, but about a week and a half later I got an auto-generated email saying they were moving on with other candidates. I had already seen the position was reposted on LinkedIn however, so it wasn’t such a surprise.
