I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Millpledge Veterinary in Nov 2024

Via recruiter who didn't know much about the business. 1st stage was a video call, The MD wasn't available, met with FD and OD instead. Very laid back chat but the interviewer's weren't prepared, only had a few questions and the whole session felt awkward and unprofessional
