Meeting amongst colleagues and interviewee. Laid back process mostly to see if the candidate would fit in with the work environment and patient population. Usually lunch is served. Looking at background for qualifications and would made the interviewee interested in the position. Interviewee needs to show that there is interested in working at the location with the population that is being seen there.
