Minafin Group interview questions

J’étais contacte pour un entretien téléphonique par mail. Le temps entre ma candidature et l'entretien était environ 4 semaines. L'entretien (avec le directeur de la R&D) a durée 40 à 50 minutes et pendant ce temps il m'a demande d'expliquer mon parcours et ce que je pense apporter à Minakem. Également, il a explique que l'entreprise fait. A la fin de conversation, on m'a demandé de faire un bilan écris de notre conversation.

I had 8 Interviews over 2 months with HR, Principal, Operations Mgr and R&D all of sister companies. Did a telephone interview and in person interview in NY with MD of hiring company MinASolve then another 3 interviews in Memphis. Was told each time by recruiter each should last about an hour so plan accordingly. Most interviews lasted up to and over 2 hours. Typical questions were asked and nothing out of the norm.
