What is your strength, reasons to apply the position
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mind Stretcher (Singapore) in Jun 2025
Interview
My interview experience with this company was remarkably positive from start to finish. The process kicked off with a thorough yet friendly HR screening call that efficiently determined my initial suitability for the role.
The subsequent on-site technical interview was conducted by a senior engineer who was both polite and incredibly helpful. The technical assessment involved a 30-minute coding challenge on CodeSandbox, which was a practical and engaging way to demonstrate my skills. Following the challenge, we had a comprehensive Q&A session where I could discuss my past experiences in detail.
Upon successfully completing the technical round, I had a follow-up interview with the Technical Director. This discussion was thoughtfully designed to understand me on a personal level, allowing me to articulate my character and professional approach. The Director's professionalism and the quality of their questions made this a particularly insightful conversation.
What truly stood out was the exceptional speed of the response and the highly responsive and understanding nature of the HR team. Overall, it was an incredibly pleasant and well-managed recruitment process, leaving me with a strong impression that this would be an outstanding place to work.
