MindLink Software interview questions

The interview process consisted of a take-home programming exercise, and an in-person review of three parts. The first part reviewed my coding solution, the second part consisted of data structure and algorithm questions, and the third was a informal chat where I could ask questions.

Really bad experience. Who will have HR rounds for more than one hour? Who will have design discussions for almost 2 hours? Despite all of these, you don't like the candidate's performance in the interview.
