The process took several weeks partially due to being over the holidays period. There were several stages but it jumped into the technical interviews quickly, the team was very fair and asked thoughtful questions. One of the better interview experiences I've had, while long its quite thorough for both sides.

Fairly straightforward recruiter round. Asked basic questions, and questions pertaining to AI usage in my day to day - it seemed like they really wanted someone who was AI-forward and could work across the stack.

Was a typical introductory chat, they asked about my background and if I had any experience in this space, I asked about the role and the company's background and goals.
