After receiving my resume I was contacted for a phone screen. The phone screen was scheduled quickly. That was the only part of the process I felt went well or was professional.

Question 1
The recruiter asked mostly “tell me about a time...” type questions. The proceeded not to listen to my answers then she repeatedly said “hmmmm thanks for sharing that.” In an exaggerated vapid tone.
