Interview
The actual interview process was fine. There was an initial assessment that tested cognitive skills and a portion on personality. Then there was a call with the recruiter and final video interviews with a manager and team member. Everything went well with that portion of the process but that's when everything changed.
In the interviews I was told they were looking for someone to start right away and I should hear back soon after the final interviews. I got a call from the recruiter 1-2 days later saying she had good news and they wanted to move forward with an offer and she'll get back to me on Monday with final numbers.
Almost 3 weeks went by before I heard from her again (including no responses to my follow up emails). She told me the hiring manager had been out unexpectedly and the role was temporarily put on hold in that time but now they were still interested in moving forward if I was still interested and available. I let her know I was and she again said she was working on the final details and hoped to have something by EOD. Once again, that was the last I heard from her. Until getting a generic rejection email 3 weeks later.
So if you are interviewing with Mindbody, just be prepared for things to be unorganized, misleading communication, ball will be dropped and ghosting.

The process was very quick and well-organized, consisting of three interviews and an assessment. The first interview with HR was a pleasant experience. After that, I received an assessment with mainly logic-based questions. Next, I had an initial meeting with the manager, which was very positive, followed by a second meeting where I presented a task. The whole team was incredibly kind and helpful, and I felt very supported throughout the process.
