Interview
You first have a phone interview where they ask you very basic interview questions (ex., What are your strengths?). Next was an onsite interview with the sales associate manager, where pretty similar questions were asked. Pretty casual, and was not too intense or nerve-racking. The sales associate is a part-time position, so the full-time interview is probably more extensive.
