Mindgram interview questions

1st interview, 2nd task, no answer I was given an interview with an HR rep and then asked to do a task. The task took about 2 hours to complete. After doing and submitting the task, I was subsequently given no answer from the company. It has been over a month since the task was submitted and still no answer has been given. The HR department and hiring managers don't seem to appreciate their prospective employees nor the time and effort that they put aside into their process. This shows really bad management and a lack of enthusiasm for new people joining their company.
