Applied online. First interview was a phone call with an outside recruiter, who was nice but couldn't seem to answer any of my questions about the position. Second interview was a video call with the head of marketing. He was also very nice and more informative.
Things took a turn for the worse after that. The third interview was a video call with the CEO. He joined the call and started off by saying, "I haven't really had a chance to look at your resume so why don't you tell me about yourself?" I totally understand that the guy must be busy and all, but he's interviewing candidates to be his Head of Product. You would think he might at least take the time to prepare a little for the interviews, right? I start giving him the elevator speech version of my career and he's EATING LUNCH and looking at my resume, no eye contact. Things proceed like that, with him eating and looking off at his monitor, asking questions between bites, for the rest of the interview.
I never heard anything from them following the third interview.
