Minister Hi-Tech Park interview questions

They told me to clean shave for next interview with formal dresses. But i was completely formal with a new shirt,shoes. I don't like their behavior regarding interview time. All the candidates were standing outside of the building and gate was locked although the interview time was given at 9 am. They don't know how to respect candidates who are seeking jobs. All the candidates were waiting for 1.5 hours and nobody came to the conference room. Even salary negotiation policy was poorest.
