The process started with an assignment where I had to do some written tasks related to translation from English to Turkish and vice versa and handling the situation where I had to handle the event arrangement for the 2-day event in the city related to the project. After, I had an interview with the director, hr, and the project manager. They were friendly and I was handling the situational questions and talking about my past experiences.
