After completing the first round of interview online, I was asked to complete a design challenge as the next step in the hiring process. However, on the submission due date, I received notification that they had selected another candidate to proceed with. Despite this, I went ahead and submitted my design challenge as requested in an attempt to get feedback on my design solutions. The following week, I was surprised to receive an email indicating that the position was open again. Encouraged by this development, I expressed my continued interest in the role and mentioned my readiness to present my design challenge. Unfortunately, I never received a response thereafter.
