Interview
Went in to interview pre-Covid and was met by a tiny room full of 3-4 visibly unhappy employees. The bosses gave me an illustrator file to fix up as a test of my skills and when I sat down and opened the file, it was clear that they were using pirated versions of the software (big red flag). In the end I was given a lowball offer with zero benefits and no option to WFH. Tried to decline politely, and then I started getting text messages (even as late as 11pm) asking if I could come back in to negotiate. No way would I want to work for bosses like that. Plus they have no proprietary products and just resell cheap, mass-produced bs from China that nobody needs on Amazon. It doesn't feel like a real company.

Interview
Terrible! Ron Nigri Ask me to call him, he failed to make himself available. So he missed my call. He didn't bother to call me back nor email to apologize for him not showing up to the call. Completely disrespectful. And when I called again to see if he was then available to speak, he didn't bother to apologize for his screw. Instead said, I didn't get around to it. Also during the call when kept telling me to hold on. Respect is to be mutual and not one sided. He wanted me to tell him my salary requirements, but would not answer my questions that I needed to assess what I would consider for the position. I would not want to work for this company, he doesn't appear to have respect for his employees. I doubt he intends to pay anyone what they are worth based on his intent on not answering important questions I had. In addition he wants someone to be a salaried employees without benefits. Just a very unprofessional experience.
