It was a traditional interview process, screening by the female principal by phone, then brought in for several tests, spelling, comparisons for discrepancies, etc, then meeting with male principal to discuss previous experience. Principals describe details of transcription portion accurately and described the reception portion as if there is little to no activity at the front desk where the position is seated.
