Interview
The entire interview process was helpful and positive - lots of good feedback, helpful answers to my questions - until the final round. During the final interview, I was told that based on my experience, I might be a good fit for another department. However, that department was not hiring. This company does very impressive work and clearly has strong leadership, but pondering a fictional job for a candidate while in conversation with them feels disrespectful to their work and the entire job-seeking process.

Only wish the location limitation had been listed on the job posting, as it was a remote role.
