Missy Empire interview questions

I received an invitation for an interview at the Missy Empire’s office from an “HR” email address (no name attached to the email) and asked to complete three designs for their website. I was told on the day of my interview at the Missy Empire’s office that the position had already been filled. They told me that an email had been sent to the applicants. I have to assume that’s false because I had tried to contact them twice before that day to clarify details about the interview and submit my designs for their website but received no answer. I can only conclude that this company has no respect whatsoever for people’s time and energy. If you’re looking into this company I would suggest you read an article published about their office culture in The Guardian.

The interview process had no substance, the questions from the interviewer were weak and I had to do the majority of the talking. No insight in to company culture when I asked about it and they told me they would get back to me by the end of the week. When I had no response, I sent a follow up email to ask for some feedback and this has now been ignored.
