2 interviews we there. 1 technical and 1 HR. Technical one took around 1 hour and it was very friendly and good discussion. Discussed some basic OOP, algo, data structures and DB questions. Gave me a task to write a small Python script for a sorting task. HR one is a quick one.
Interviwers are not that much friendly
Questions are easy to medium level.
Interviews process is quick & well organized. Asked about previous experiences. Nothing to say much as i have faced only one interview

I got a Call and did some phone screening and then they shedule the interview with a technical lead the process was very quick which happened within two weeks and the technical interview was online

Interview
Interview process is too long at Mitra and can be reduced by having either on the same date or maximum two interviews. Interview assessments can be given online or could be automated where the results are reflected for the candidate.
