Moby (Canada) interview questions

The interviewers were well prepared and reviewed my resume and cover letter in dept prior to the interview. They spent the first 45 minutes of the interview talking about the company and role. This was helpful to gain context and understand what they were looking for. It was unexpected as I was expecting them to ask more questions. During the interview, the exec did not seemed aligned with what they were looking for in the role or the ability to see what they were missing.
