Interview
You’d get scheduled for a meeting with their talent acquisition manager where they’ll evaluate your pc spec and network speed- they need at least 50mbps. Then the usual interview questions will be asked like your years of experience and the specific job details you applied for will be shared. They evaluate your spoken communication and written communication. If you pass that stage you’ll proceed to the next stage with the campaign’s manager afterwards you’ll get an email to open an official mod account.
The job interview was fine, I had a friendly lady and we had a great chat. It was phone only. Nothing to complain about. The questions were not too difficult and basic questions. I had a good experience with the recruiter. But with the company, no. No matter how many times I apply they refuse to take me, while the same job is open constantly. I think the jobs are just ghost jobs.
