too stressful and there is no job, you have to look for the jobs yourself on their site. The whole process is long and not worth it, for a remote job you have to inform them before you travel to another city on the same country
- Just the regular questions about your experince

Short and sweet- Got what I was looking for and the expectations set forth matched the job description, After meeting with a recruiter for an initial screening you have a second interview set up with the project manager and the questions are the same.
- What is customer service to you?

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ModSquad in Sep 2023
The initial interview with the recruiter seemed promising as things went fairly well, even agreed on the fixed hourly terms indicating a second interview with the project manager. However, a few days later, I received an automated rejection email stating, "We have decided to move forward with another candidate whose qualifications better meet our needs for this particular opportunity." In that case, why did you even opt to arrange an interview with the candidate in the first place? Interview performance with simple questions doesn't adequately justify whether the candidate would be capable of doing the applied role or not.
- Have you had experience dealing with live chat with customers?

The first steps take some time but once offered everything goes fast until production. Clear processes, all the members involved are very clear of next steps and they communication vía email is pretty fast.

Interview/HR fail. From 2014- present, applied 8 times with this company only to never be offered a position. The position's minimum requirements are previous moderation experience (which I have). Additionally, I have Sprinklr Community Moderator Certification. HR deems this not worthy enough to be offered a position. Each one of the 8 times, I had to fill out a detailed application, respond to 4 or 5 different scenarios (paragraph long each) and wait. Second language requirements are optional but better your chances (I write in Spanish). Again, HR can see you tick all the boxes but positions not offered.
- Written situations and how you would respond.

The questions were fairly reasonable and they were appropriate for the job. One of the questions that I was asked was why would I want to work remotely with them.
- Why would you want to work remotely?

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ModSquad (Barcelona)
I had 4 interviews with the recruiters in total. 1 - has been cancelled by email (while I was on call waiting for someone to show up) . 1 - the recruiter was almost 15 minutes late 1 - the recruiter from the company was late, and they blamed me to don't showing up 1 - the interviewer shows a lack of respect with assumption and weird comments while talking about the job, experience etc. (almost forgot, there were 2 of them and 1 was a trainee in this last one)
- The recruiter had no experience and a broken connection, so no camera only a disturbed call. The questions were the basic one. (job title, experience, how comfortable are you to use the laptop, yrs of experience ..) I just felt like talking alone at one point.
