Modern Medical interview questions

Standard recruiter phone screening and preparation followed by 3 face to face interviews. The final one was a group interview with the team. The process went quickly and smoothly until the end when it became a complete communications blackout from the recruter. I was told that this was because I was #2 choice and they wanted to make sure #1 worked out.

I submitted my resume online. I was contacted via email to arrange a face-to-face interview. I met with two managers. I was offered the job a day later. Managers seemed genuinely intrigued with my resume. Wanted to learn more about me to make sure that they made an informed decision.
