Found the job over some portal and applied for it. Process comprised of 5 rounds. The first round was an online computer based apti round held at a partner consultancy's office. It had 3 sections: Apti, Mechanical and Electronics. Most of it was easy. The second round was held in local office: Delhi in my case. More of an HR round, most questions resume based, and some ethics based questions. Third round was a telephonic interview, this was the most difficult, with solid selling based questions and simulations. Can last upto 1 hr. Then came the call for final rounds in Bangalore Office. Round trip was paid by the company. There were two rounds. One HR: Basic HR, things about company, some situational questions. And second was with the program manager and Global HR. Behavioral and situational questions, a few questions from resume. Overall I had a great experience throughout the process. Got rejected in the last round but I'd like to mention that Company has really great and hospitable people and a great culture.
