The interview process was direct and responded quickly even overseas. Initially, the recruiter contacted through linkedIn and we arranged a phone interview session to get to know more about the company and myself. After you passed this assessment you have the chance to meet other regional managers and meet them face to face. I was interviewed by 5 different managers and we had a very long discussion about the role, company, and how I could benefit the company.
