I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Molex (Auburn Hills, MI) in Mar 2013
Interview
The hiring process was not developed when I first joined. The interview consists of simple resume questions, and no technical background was asked. Managers and directors came in to talk about job expectations and experiences, and managers presented simple questions such as knowledge on statistics, DoE, injection molding and all related questions to connectors. However, no prior background was necessary as they will incorporate knowledge of connectors in their training.

Question 1
No unexpected question. Interview went smoothly. Was asked about ideas on their connectors and manufacturing.
Overall it was fine. The interview was mostly behavioral and the interviewer was more on the chill side where they talked like a person rather than just some hr person.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and why do you want to work at Molex?
It was a very easy interview, but had a few rounds. I would say just come up with good stories and be confident in what you are saying. One more thing is fit - they also look at the person to see if they are motivated or no
