Interview
I think there are 3 to 4 round of interviews as I got rejected in the 2nd round. I have applied from their career site and I got the initial call.
1st round was just a regular 30 mins call with the recruiter trying to understand my current position and my interest on the new position.
Then she setup a one hour Microsoft Teams meeting with the Technical Manager. The interviewer was really good and very knowledgable although he boasted about his past jobs and experiences.
You will be asked questions on the following topics
Run time and space complexities of code and algorithms
Common design principles
Guide through past experience: project, tools, high level design, etc.
Demonstrate knowledge of fundamental data structures
Design patterns
The interviewer was very supportive throughout the process and helped me answer the questions.

Question 1
Name some of the SOLID principles and where did you use them
Design patterns - What design patterns did you use in your project
Runtime complexity of the a function which finds out prime number with a twist
Inheritance vs aggregation --> which one is beneficial and why. Where you would use that.
Why Agile is better than waterfall. What are the pros and cons
Tell me about a scenario where your team didn't agree to your solution and how did you react to that.
Where did you use multithreading
I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Molex in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview started good, but i wasn't received any response once done, They said everything will happen on same day.
perhaps they choose to pick among many candidates. even i got fb after asking only.
