Monal Capital interview questions

So basically, Simple questions are asked in the interview. It is more of an HR round than a technical round. You will be complimented a lot. There is a catch here. The main aim is to make you agree to work for a lesser pay. You will be really happy during the interview. But you will end up accepting a package which is way lesser than the industry standards (Trust me, the package you get offered is very less. Say half of what other companies would pay for the same work). They make promises about the work they will assign you. They will make you dream a lot. Please know your worth.

I was an easy interview with easy questions. The interview process took one day. Questions about family background, and excel power poijt was asked.I was able to pass the interview.
