Monica & Andy interview questions

It was very conversational and easy-going. The interview was with the current chief of staff and another member of their team. The time commitment was quite a lot for someone in their first year of MBA and they communicated their expectations clearly.

I had an initial phone screen with Chief People Officer, where we chatted about my resume, background, skills, interest in the position, etc. A couple weeks later, I was invited to come into the Headquarters office (located in Lincoln Park) for a morning of in-person interviews with the CPO, CFO, CEO and Director of Design where we discussed the position in full. I kept in contact with the team via email. I was given a job offer (via phone) a few weeks later, and then started two weeks after that.
