Monte Rosa Therapeutics interview questions

I applied online. I was contacted several weeks later and had a phone screen with HR. I then had several rounds of interviews, during which they did a back door reference check with mutual friends. I was told by multiple people that I would be contacted by the end of the week. I was subsequently ghosted, even after I sent a follow up email, per HR’s request after I did not hear from them. This seems to be a running theme based on other reviews from people.

Interviews were scheduled pretty fast, initial screening plus 3 rounds and an HR round at the end. Ghosted post that! Disappointed that after taking so much time for interviewing, least is the candidate deserves some response.
