First interview with HR, very quick (15 mins)
Second interview with 2 current financial analysts and 1 HR. The interview was horrible because the attitude from them was more like they were giving me a lesson rather than sorting out how much I knew or if I was prepared or not for the role. In the skills required they described basic knowledge of financial statements and anyone coming from any financial background. The questions were weird and not entry level, not even friends of mine who work as accountants knew what to answer. Received an email a couple days later saying I was called out.

What is the period difference between balance sheet and income statement.
Why does Amortization appear in the Cash flow statement.
Calculate EBITDA and subtract Amortization.
Had an initial excel test then moved onto first round interview which felt more like a conversation. They asked about my experience, why Moodys and why I decided to make the move.

Campus Interview process. 3 Rounds. Filtration Quiz online. Proctoring was bad, only one HR. Questions were related to basic financial accounting, statements and corporate finance. It was 25-30 questions in 5 mins, time was extended to 6-7 mins as some candidates complained for not being able to start on time.

1st round, 30 minutes call with Human Resources: was asked some general questions, why this position, why Moody's, what are my qualifications and experience, what is current job status, what would be possible start date, what are expectations for the salary, expectations for the company and the team. Followed by short quiz of 5 technical questions.
