Interview
Premier screening puis entretien avec une recruteuse, suivi d'un use case assez exigeant et rencontre avec 2 personnes de la direction financière. Bien que n'ayant pas eu le poste, c'était une expérience exigeante mais positive. La recruteuse était pro et sympathique, il y a eu de vrais échanges, un suivi et un feedback, on la sentait investie et les deux personnes que j'ai rencontré étaient vraiment très sympatiques et bien qu'assez difficile, l'entretien était agréable. Une ambiance sympa et bienveillante dans laquelle j'aurais aimé travailler, avec des gens qu'on sent investis et humains.

Est-ce que selon vous un Head of People doit prendre part à tous les recrutements?

There are in total 3 rounds of interviews. The interviewers of the first 2 rounds are staff robotics engineers, asking questions about robotics manipulation, dh parameters and stuff like that. The last round is a welcome small talk with the CTO who is really nice.
