The interview was in person and very relaxed. We talked about pizza and outdoor adventure. It felt more like hanging out with friends than an actual interview. I love working for the company now, and that started with the interview.
Easy going and relaxed. It was a good atmosphere. I enjoyed the process. And this needs more words to suffice the robot because my answer is not long enough for it.

On the floor interview process. Quick overview of the position and questions about my previous employment. Almost lost out on the position because my answers were too stiff. Just relax and be honest. You should still be professional but you do not need to overdue it.
