Extremely long process (3 months) that I think isn't necessary. I had a screening on Oct 29 and an HM interview in the second week of November. The final was a week before Christmas and I had to wait 6 weeks only to get rejected. I reached out to the recruiters several times, but they responded to the first two emails and then straight-up ghosted me after that. No feedback from the team after the final which was also highly disappointing

Interview
The first interview was an hour and wasn't shared any examples of the kind of work I would be doing. Then they wanted to have another 3+ hr interview and still wouldn't share any info on the type of work.
If a company can't share enough about what I would be doing, it's a signal to me that it's something I wouldn't be interested in working on.
