Interview
Submit CV first, then a written test, and finally one interview. It was a very typical interview, no tough question. Interviewers are nice. Prep some basic questions and self-intro would be fine.
2 times, 1 written test and chat with team member, then another chat with another team member. The written test is to write an email inviting a person to join the conference and asking for their availability. The interview contains what would you do in certain scenarios.
