The phone interview covered the basics like the different functions of the bank and how they work together. I was also asked about my motivations and how MS was different from other banks.

Met a representitive at a campus event. Stayed in contact with him via email until he told me about an opening a couple of weeks later. I sent him my CV and later applied online. Had 3 telephone interviews

Telephone interview with associate. Lasted approximately 30 minutes and a large portion was consumed with the interviewer telling me about their experiences at MS which was really nice. Made me feel at ease straightaway and always relatively optimistic following my responses to his questions. Started with a couple of questions regarding my cover letter and the standard 'why MS?' and 'why IB?'
