Interview
Got the first round phone screen. The interviewer focused on mainly resume and behavior questions. Too many repeated questions asked. Also got asked about view of the risk. Technical question in the end.

the hiring process started with the HR phone interview, which taking around 15 minutes, then there were four rounds of interviews with different people in group: hiring managers and vice presidents, executive directors.
