Interview
1. Step: online application process with questions on motivation, prior experience, analytic tests. 2. Step: initial interviews in country of residence where I met three representatives from different departments for 30min each. Questions were mostly based around why banking, why sales+trading, why Morgan Stanley, why Fixed Income, describe situations where you had to cope with failures, manage teams etc. 3. Step: Assessment centre in London with role plays, group discussions, three more one-on one interviews

Interview
It was good up until the AC and call i was given after the process. Very negative experience in AC with a power tripping interviewer - think old school Wall street dumb. Extremely rude and unprofessional individual - no idea why he is interviewing candidates. Was told wouldn't find out the outcome until several months later - likely as better candidates might come through, which is understandable, but they gave me a BS reason for the delay. Just be honest.
