First of course you go with a consulting company after they "hire" you they send your profile to Morgan Stanley. Morgan Stanley send you a Zoom invite.
Consulting company tries to give you hints about the questions for the interview but it's totally the opposite of what they will ask lol.
Morgan Stanley team will interview you zoom but will be busy so you end up with one engineer. No webcam, only screen sharing.
Consulting company will tell you it's theory question well no you must have an IDE and a java compiler otherwise you miss the interview even if no one told you to get your computer ready lol
Also important point: Consulting company will tell you it's in French (as you are a French speaker) but it's not at all no one speaks French so you must deal with English.
One important note : Morgan Stanley staff is VERY kind and friendly. I was so stressed because I wasn't ready to live code and to have to speak English but the person tried to reassure me even if I over stressed.
I wish the consulting company told me accurate information.
