Applied online and had two rounds of 30-minute interviews on Zoom with 2 different VPs from different risk functions. There was a background check phone call in between two interviews. Got a rejection email 1.5 months after 2nd interview.

the hiring process started with the HR phone interview, which taking around 15 minutes, then there were four rounds of interviews with different people in group: hiring managers and vice presidents, executive directors.
