Interview
Two rounds of interviews.
The interviewers were very nice and welcoming. They asked standard interview questions, including math problems, brain teasers, and questions on finance knowledge. They also asked about my career plan and ideal working environment.
In addition to asking me questions, they talked about what they like about their job and what they do every day.
Smooth and quick. 2 days after the application I had the interview. A lot of derivatives theory and description of my current job. A final part on macroeconomic commetnary and my views on specific events occurring right now

the hiring process started with the HR phone interview, which taking around 15 minutes, then there were four rounds of interviews with different people in group: hiring managers and vice presidents, executive directors.
