2 interviews, first with the 2 quality coordinators, then with the department manager. It was a little nerve-wracking, but I got the job. The process took a few weeks, which was less time than I anticipated.

What do I bring to the job? I thought this was the most difficult question just because the nature of the QP job is so set, and they are looking to see if there is anything extraordinary that you can bring to the job. But even so, that extraordinary capability may not be used or may not be pertinent to the scope of the QP position.
