Phone Interview with pure mathematical questions. And the interviewer asked me something about personal trading, like which ticker I have traded. Difficulty of math questions vary from easy to extremely hard, one of which took me nearly 2 weeks to find the answer.

1. Assume B (t) is a standard brown motion, which possible positive integer n, satisfied the condition that B (t) ^n would be a martingale?
2. The current stock price is 10, and it has a probability of 60% to rise to 12, or 40% to drop to 8 at the end of this year? Assume the risk-free rate is 0, what will be the fair at the money call option price?
3. Stock A has a volatility of 20%, B has a volatility of 30%, and their correlation coefficient is 50%. They have the same expect returns. Suppose we can buy x share of A, and 1-x share of B. Then what the x should be for us to invest to make our portfolio has the minimum volatility?
The process begins with an initial phone screen from HR. Successful candidates then complete a technical assessment testing Excel and financial modeling skills. Next, they interview with the hiring manager, followed by a panel interview with senior team members. A final case study presentation is given to department leadership before an offer is extended.
Psychometric testing, phone call interview that was skills based and an assessment centre that consisted of individual skills based interviews, group assessment where we were timed to present on a particular briefing and an individual assessment where were were given a brief where we had 50 minutes and presented to a panned on our conclusions
